ARCH Team Implementation Fidelity Study
This study examined whether the Addiction Recovery & Community Health (ARCH) team delivers care to patients in the ways intended by the Inner City Health and Wellness Program (ICHWP) directors. We reviewed health records to estimate the number times ARCH clinicians interacted with patients and to identify the specific types of care they provided. We have been using the results to describe the work of the ARCH team as it is currently carried out, identify priority areas, and make recommendations for improvements.
